Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive aftersales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good IT and admin skills to handle bookings and databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage vehicle service bookings.
• Record symptoms and liaise with workshop for progress.
• Keep customers informed about status and work required.
• Prepare repair estimates and obtain authorisation.
• Process invoices and handle payments securely.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
