Basingstoke Audi, part of Lookers Limited, is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site.

Join our friendly team to book MOTs, advise on warranty, upsell parts, and manage high-volume customer queries with clear communication. On-site role, 42 hours per week, with a base salary of £32,000 and OTE up to £38,000, offering training and progression within automotive aftersales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in automotive aftersales or service advisory is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty and upselling parts.
• Coordinating with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handling a high-volume of customer calls and online bookings.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and updating records.
• Maintaining accurate customer data and bookings in the systems.
