Service Advisor - Main Dealer

Eastbourne | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:30pm | OTE £36,000-£40,000

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry? Looking to join a successful main dealer where your hard work is recognised and rewarded?

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their friendly aftersales team in Eastbourne. Working alongside an experienced Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping to drive the success of the service department.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle service and repair journey from start to finish. You'll build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional levels of service.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Upselling additional work, products and services where appropriate.
• Handling customer queries professionally and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent communication at every stage.

What's on Offer?

• OTE of £36,000-£40,000 with a competitive basic salary.
• Monday to Friday working hours only (8:00am-5:30pm).
• 24 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

About You

You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing automotive role. You’ll be confident communicating with customers, commercially aware, and motivated by delivering excellent service while maximising sales opportunities.
