Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

We are currently seeking a Customer-Focused Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced Aftersales team at a well-established dealership in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and process-driven, with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your mission is to provide a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience, while also identifying and promoting relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book vehicle service appointments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
  • Promote and upsell additional services and products.
  • Assist in achieving departmental sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and job cards.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Customer-first mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience in a dealership or service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Uncapped earnings potential – realistic OTE of £37,000+
  • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
