Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer-Focused Service Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced dealership's Aftersales team in Hull. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and process-driven individual passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, providing a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience while promoting relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book vehicle service appointments
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Promote and upsell additional services and products
• Assist in achieving departmental sales targets
• Maintain accurate administrative records and job cards
• Follow all Health & Safety and company policies

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Customer-first mindset with a can-do attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Previous dealership or service environment experience is desirable but not essential
