Job summary

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Administrator for their Witney office. You will support daily sales operations, customer service, and marketing tasks across multiple automotive brands in a close-knit commercial team.

The role involves handling orders in SAP, coordinating international web orders, and maintaining accurate customer data. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential, with training provided for ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Good IT skills with Excel, Word and ERP experience (SAP).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales operations and customer service.
• Process and update customer orders via SAP and online platforms.
• Coordinate overseas orders, obtain shipping quotes and arrange deliveries.
• Produce warehouse pick lists and support daily schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer data across systems and websites.
• Provide professional telephone support and first contact for customers.
• Assist with returns, promotions, events and marketing activities.
• Support SAP, CRM, and other business systems maintenance.
