Franklin Sussex Auto Mall in Wantage is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive lead conversion, and manage on-lot and virtual showroom activities. You will oversee desking and inputting deals, aiming to meet gross profit targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires a strong automotive background with appraisal and acquisition experience, plus robust CRM skills to manage customer relationships and leads across channels.

• Able to desking and input deals to hit gross profit targets.
• Experience in leading and training a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain harmony and teamwork with all departments.
• Hit customer satisfaction dealership objectives.
• Understand and comply with applicable regulations affecting vehicle sales.
• Monitor leads and hold staff accountable for timely responses and closings.
• Desking deals and closing them as needed.
• Communicate with Salespeople to ensure policies are followed and objectives set.
• Develop programs to improve performance of sales staff.
• Train, motivate, counsel and monitor all Salespeople.
• Maintain customer focus and address complaints or issues affecting sales operations.
