Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Brighton is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the showroom team and drive premium customer service. You will oversee the full sales process, coach staff, and deliver brand KPI targets in a high-profile automotive environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage finance and insurance processes, vehicle valuations, and showroom presentation, ensuring FCA compliance and exceptional customer satisfaction. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading a premium automotive sales team.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Understanding of finance and insurance product regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales process from inquiry to showroom sale.
Lead staff performance through 1-2-1s, coaching and development.
Set and drive department targets and KPI's in line with brand expectations.
Oversee vehicle valuations, stock pricing and showroom presentation.
Ensure FCA compliance within the Sales Department and manage customer satisfaction.
Liaise with the divisional buyer, prep technicians, detailers and photography team.
