Hendy Horsham Mazda in Sussex is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead a fast paced, dynamic sales department. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer service and a 100% positive customer experience.

You will work with other Managers and Directors to drive performance, coaching and compliance, oversee budgets, stock levels and reporting, and build a high-performing team aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of running a successful sales department in a main dealer environment.
• Ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to exceed customer satisfaction and profitability objectives.
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing sales team and achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews and compliance training.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, stock levels and reporting for the Operational Director.
