Job summary

Elite-HR is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to drive sales targets across Portsmouth, Chichester and Basingstoke. The role requires strong leadership, brand alignment, and proven skill in managing a target-driven sales environment.

You will develop Sales Department Plans and Budgets to achieve financial objectives and ensure exceptional customer service in a competitive retail setting.
