Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager (Motor Trade) in Bristol with a strong automotive background to lead daily sales operations and a high-performing team. The role sits at a flagship dealership within a growing national group.

You will organise events, campaigns and ensure accurate customer information while liaising with other departments. Monday–Saturday 8:30–18:00, with a weekday off of your choosing. £40–£45k base, £65k+ OTE, plus a company car and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Automotive/motor trade background.
• Experience as Sales Manager or similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a dealership.

Are you a Sales Manager or similar from an automotive/motor trade background, looking to join a rapidly growing national company, offering impressive internal and external training and development, alongside clear routes to progress into a General Manager role?

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of daily sales operations and executives alike, driving overall performance and results. You will also be responsible for organising and delivering both sales events and campaigns, alongside inter-departmental liaison to ensure customer information and processes are kept accurate.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar coming from an automotive/motor trade background, looking to lead a high-performing team from a flagship dealership.
