Job summary

Donnelly Group Enniskillen is hiring a Sales Executive for Volkswagen to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey from enquiry to handover, building rapport and identifying needs. You will present suitable vehicle and finance options while delivering an exceptional customer experience across the process.

Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing expert advice on finance and insurance products.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience.
• A full valid driving licence is essential.
• High level of IT literacy including MS Office.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Driven to meet targets.
• Time management skills.
• Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey from enquiry to handover.
• Build rapport with new and existing customers and identify their needs.
• Present suitable vehicle and finance options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all stages.
• Provide expert and prompt advice on finance and insurance products.
• Listen to customer requirements and provide solutions to their needs.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs and high customer satisfaction.
