Job summary

Donnelly Group is hiring a Sales Executive for the BYD franchise in Enniskillen. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through to final handover, building rapport and presenting suitable vehicle and finance options while delivering outstanding service at every stage.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work to achieve personal and team KPIs, secure repeat business, and provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and products.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• A full valid driving licence is essential.
• Strong IT literacy, including MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Experience with Kerridge or another CRM system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey from enquiry to handover.
• Build rapport with new and existing customers, identify needs and present suitable vehicle and finance options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process, ensuring high service standards.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs and secure repeat customer business.
• Provide expert and prompt advice on finance and insurance options and listen to customer requirements.
