Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Sales Administrator in Sidcup to support vehicle sales processes and data handling. You’ll manage paperwork, stock records, registrations, and reporting to management and manufacturers.

You’ll work with the sales team to ensure smooth operations, keep knowledge up to date via manufacturer training, and maintain orderly administration and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases.
• Maintaining and updating stock and customer databases.
• Registering sold vehicles to regulated standards.
• Providing statistical and department related information to the management team and manufacturer.
• Liaising with the sales team regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly.
• Maintaining product knowledge and updating knowledge through manufacturer training.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
• Liaising with Auditors to meet their requirements.
