Qualifications

• Previous Sales Administration experience within the motor trade is preferred.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and dealership systems.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Processing new and used vehicle sales from order through to delivery.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records.
• Taxing and registering vehicles.
• Producing invoices and managing vehicle stock records.
• Liaising with manufacturers, finance providers, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensuring all paperwork complies with company and regulatory standards.
• Managing vehicle funding submissions and settlements.
• Supporting the Sales Manager and wider sales team with administrative tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets across multiple systems.
