Parks Motor Group in Irvine is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the fast-paced administration team and branch sales staff. You will handle invoices, stock records and customer details, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across dealership workflows.

You should be highly organised with strong numeracy and communication skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, and eager to learn about franchise systems in the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry with knowledge of Franchise systems.
• High accuracy and strong organisational skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Support branch sales team and dealership accountant with daily workload.
• Process invoices, paperwork and customer details accurately.
• Order, update and record all vehicle stock details.
• Complete taxation of sold vehicles to support handovers.
• Maintain a high quality of work and professional communication.
• Carry out general ad hoc administration duties as required.
