Park's Motor Group in Stirling is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support our Sales Teams through a range of administration tasks. You will contribute to the branch workload, process invoices and customer details, and manage vehicle stock records.

The role requires accuracy, strong organisation, and good communication. Automotive industry experience and Franchise systems knowledge are advantageous; training and development are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and email use.
• High accuracy and strong organisation skills.
• Experience in automotive industry with knowledge of Franchise systems.
• Strong communicator with polite telephone manner.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varying tasks.

Aufgaben

• Support branch sales team and dealership accountant.
• Process invoices, paperwork and customer details.
• Order, update, check and record vehicle stock details.
• Complete taxation of sold vehicles for handovers.
• Maintain high quality of work and professional communication.
• Contribute to daily workload and general administration duties.
