Job summary

Keyloop is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own customer implementations from contract through go-live, coordinating with customers and technical teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will gather requirements, define scope, manage delivery plans, and oversee integrations while driving best practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in automotive technology or SaaS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in implementation consultancy or similar SaaS delivery.
• Experience delivering software implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Strong understanding of system integrations (CRM/ERP/DMS).
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations from contract signature through to go-live.
• Review requirements, scope, dependencies and objectives before delivery.
• Create and maintain SOWs, implementation plans, and project documents.
• Lead kick-offs, workshops, status meetings and go-live readiness reviews.
• Gather and validate business/technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across customers, technical teams and partners.
• Manage integrations, configuration activities and delivery workstreams.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, blockers; escalate when needed.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Support go-live and post-launch to ensure smooth transition.
• Document outcomes and lessons learned to improve delivery.
• Share feedback and potential product enhancements with internal teams.
