Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a Product Owner/PM to own and prioritise backlogs across multiple products (AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot, OEM). You will write stories, lead Agile ceremonies and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning with Customer Success and Delivery teams to drive successful releases.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Commercial teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks, tracking progress and ensuring delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in SaaS.
• Proven backlog management and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews).
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making, balancing customer, business and tech needs.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with AI, conversational AI or chatbot products is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CRM, DMS or automotive technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and OEM products, ensuring work is ready for delivery.
• Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and agile ceremonies as the product representative.
• Maintain and update the product roadmap with clear visibility of priorities and progress.
• Translate requirements from Customer Success, Commercial and Delivery into actionable product needs.
• Support the Senior Product Manager in defining and delivering OEM initiatives.
• Track and report key delivery metrics, progress and risks.
• Coordinate product releases, including launch readiness and release notes.
