Job summary

Snows is seeking a Customer Renewal Executive in Waterlooville to drive customer retention from the service department, guiding customers through suitable product options and coordinating with sales for the best outcomes.

You will manage a renewal pipeline, handle quotes, arrange finance where needed, and ensure compliant, high-quality customer experiences. The role emphasizes proactive outreach and cross-team collaboration within a large, family-run automotive group.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• PC, Microsoft, web literate.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Desirable: Proven track record of Sales.
• Desirable: Proven track record of F & I.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting our current customers through the Service Department to maximise renewal and loyalty opportunities.
• Manage a structured renewal pipeline in line with customer requirements.
• Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understands their requirements.
• Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer and encourages test drives.
• Obtains quotes for paint or repair work and agrees a purchase price with the Sales Manager.
• Reviews accessories and additional product options with the customer.
• Agree sale price and payment method including any finance arrangements.
• Comply with Treating Customers Fairly and FCA guidelines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration for product availability, orders, and handovers.
• Confirm delivery date and notify of any changes; arrange handover.
• Follow up deliveries with a personal call and nurture future business.
• Plan daily selling activity and reach out to service prospects for repeat business.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and identify opportunities for other teams.
• Maintain showroom environment and POS data for used cars.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and wear PPE as required.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as needed.
