You will work closely with the sales team to maximise renewal opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role requires experience in automotive finance renewals, knowledge of AML, strong communication across channels, and proficiency with CRM and dealership systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Finance Renewals within automotive sector.
• Understanding of AML in high-value retail.
• Experience in fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of motor industry regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with CRM, DMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication across face-to-face, phone and email.

Aufgaben

• Drive customer retention by proactively managing finance and lease renewal opportunities.
• Contact customers approaching end of finance agreements to discuss next steps.
• Collaborate with General Sales Manager to meet renewal targets.
• Partner with Retail Transaction Managers to tailor renewal solutions.
• Provide operational support for Retail Transaction Managers when needed.
• Advise customers on trade-in, refinancing, lease renewal and vehicle purchase options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for loyalty and repeat business.
• Assess eligibility, credit profiles and equity to recommend finance solutions.
• Present products, terms and payments clearly and compliantly.
• Ensure all renewal activity complies with FCA, lender and company rules.
