• Experience in automotive finance renewals or similar role.
• Understanding of AML risk in high-value retail environments.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing luxury retail settings.
• Knowledge of motor industry regulations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage finance and lease renewal opportunities.
• Contact customers nearing end of finance agreements to discuss options.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to meet renewal targets.
• Create tailored renewal solutions with Retail Transaction Managers.
• Provide operational support for Retail Transaction Managers when needed.
• Advise customers on trade-in, refinancing, lease renewals and vehicle options.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.
• Assess eligibility and equity to recommend suitable finance options.
• Present finance products clearly and compliantly, ensuring FCA and lender compliance.
