Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead daily parts counter operations in Trowbridge. You will manage inventory accuracy, assist technicians and customers with parts identification, process orders and returns, and handle warranties to keep the department efficiently organized.

The ideal candidate will have proven automotive dealership parts experience, strong IT skills (Excel, EPC) and a valid UK driving licence (advantageous).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive dealership parts department or motor factor environment.
• Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, and EPC.
• Valid UK driving licence (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts inventory management and accuracy.
• Process orders and returns, track warranties.
• Assist workshop technicians and retail customers with parts identification.
• Ensure a well-organised parts department and counter/customer service on site.
