Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Croydon is recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor within a busy multi-franchise automotive group. You will deliver excellent customer service, use product knowledge, and manage parts lookups to fulfil orders.

This role offers a competitive salary from £29,000 to £30,000 per year, with potential OTE of up to £36,000 with bonuses, Monday to Friday 7:00am–5:30pm, 20 days plus bank holidays, pension, and clear career progression.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in automotive retail or dealership.
• Proficiency with parts lookup systems such as Kerridge or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries, orders, and complaints
• Provide accurate and efficient parts lookup and pre-pick customer orders
• Handle customer queries with attention to detail, clarifying requests as necessary
• Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
• Maintain precise records within the CRM system, including call logs and reports
• Escalate customer issues to senior parts advisors or management when required
• Follow company policies and procedures throughout all interactions
• Attend regular training to stay up-to-date with product offerings and company policies
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and fostering client relationships
