Job summary

Sinclair Group, a premium Jaguar Land Rover retailer in the Cardiff area, is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You will ensure the right parts are available at the right time, supporting customers and workshop technicians and helping maintain high service standards.

You will handle enquiries across channels, promote genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts, manage stock, and contribute to KPIs while delivering outstanding service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Works well as part of a team.
• Confident using IT systems and learning new processes.
• Previous motor trade or parts experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with parts and accessory enquiries.
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying parts accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements.
• Managing stock levels and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Handling telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
• Promoting genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and accessories.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items.
• Processing payments and completing administration accurately.
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
