Job summary

Provit Recruitment is seeking an Office Manager for a family-run automotive business in Flecknoe, Warwickshire. The role supports the Managing Director and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary £32,500 to £37,500, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. This is a temp-to-perm position based in a rural location requiring a driving license.

The role combines operational coordination, financial administration, staff oversight and business support with desirable automotive/engineering exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or operations.
• PA/EA experience is desirable.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience in accounts administration with SAGE.
• Interest or experience in automotive or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA duties for the MD and coordinate office/workshop admin.
• Maintain records, deadlines, and coordination across teams.
• Oversee staff administration including hours, holidays, and onboarding.
• Maintain accounting records in SAGE, including ledgers and VAT prep.
• Manage supplier payments, payroll, and debtor monitoring.
• Oversee customer invoicing and ensure accurate labour/parts records.
• Coordinate purchasing, stock, deliveries, and workshop support.
• Maintain customs, import/export, insurance, and regulatory records.
• Oversee Health & Safety administration and compliance.
• Support website, advertising and social media activities.
• Provide general operational support and assist with events/projects.
