Job summary

Arvato Limited in Datchet is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support customers through the automotive finance journey. You will handle inquiries, changes, settlements and aftersales with a strong emphasis on clear communication and accuracy.

Training is on-site Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, then a hybrid model with at least 2 on-site days. Start dates are 16 or 23 November 2026; join a regulated financial services team focused on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the automotive finance journey, including inquiries and settlements.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions and understand customer needs.
• Explain information clearly and ensure customers understand complex details.
• Take ownership of enquiries and aim to resolve first time.
• Support aftersales and service-related enquiries.
• Resolve concerns fairly and accurately; complete transactions and records.
• Identify vulnerable customers and ensure appropriate support.
• Use multiple systems and information to resolve needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialist teams when needed.
