Qualifications

Master Technician status or equivalent.
Advanced electrical diagnostic skills.
High Voltage / EV experience.
Ability to diagnose complex systems both hands-on and remotely.

Responsibilities

Deliver diagnostic and repair support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee repair processes and report gaps for improvement.
Review dealer performance on escalated cases.
Coach retailer staff to identify root causes and prevent repeats.
Foster connections with retailers and customers to improve effectiveness.
Record complex issues for the global knowledge base.
