Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- IT literate.
- Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
- Experience working towards and achieving targets.
- Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
- Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer bookings in the in-house system and coordinate scheduling.
- Discuss and convey technical concerns to customers clearly.
- Assist with vehicle collection and delivery as required.
- Contribute to a friendly, efficient customer experience at the Fusion centre.
