Job summary

Halfords is expanding its Garage Services team at our Fusion centre, delivering first-class customer experiences. You’ll lead a 11-strong team with technicians and service advisors under supervision to run a busy centre, focusing on customer satisfaction, safety, and profit targets.

The role offers an uncapped bonus scheme and a base salary of £42,000, with on-target earnings up to £53,000 per year, plus extensive employee benefits and a driven, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading successful teams.
• Experience coaching/training colleagues on the job.
• Management experience including performance and capability.
• Experience in labour/workforce scheduling and time management.
• Experience delivering against sales targets and improving metrics.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the Centre to maximise profit and minimise loss.
• Lead a team of technicians and customer services advisors to deliver a seamless service.
• Optimize workforce scheduling to meet customer demand and capacity.
• Analyse customer metrics and Centre performance data to drive sales and margins.
