Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is expanding at our Fusion centres and looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager with leadership, profitability and a great customer experience. You'll split time between the workshop and front-of-house, coaching technicians, driving sales, and delivering high service standards.

A Level 2/3 in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent and a full driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership.
• Experience in coaching, training, and developing colleagues in the moment.
• Strong technical/mechanical knowledge with Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of workshop operations, diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance processes.
