Job summary

Motofix Group in Exeter is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly face of our repair journey, delivering professional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will manage bookings, guide customers through claims, update records, handle payments, and upsell additional services in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an excellent salary, 30 days leave, pension, training, and rewards, with 45-hour weeks and a 1:3 Saturday rota.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in automotive environment advantageous.
• Confident with MS Office and repair management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and organise in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, welcoming customer service in the repair journey.
• Schedule vehicle repair bookings and manage workflow.
• Guide customers through the claims process with clear guidance.
• Maintain accurate records in the repair management system.
• Handle insurance excess payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and channels.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
