Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Vehicle Administrator in Stansted for an ongoing temporary role. The position combines administrative duties with basic vehicle knowledge in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in vehicles, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-site, Monday to Friday, with £14.95 per hour compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles is beneficial.
• Interest in automotive industry or vehicle environment preferred.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Update vehicle information on internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Assist with scheduling and vehicle documentation.
• Provide basic advice on vehicle and van issues.
• Identify common vehicle faults and report them to the team.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks.
