Adecco is recruiting a Yard Administrator on behalf of our automotive client in Corby. The role focuses on data entry, file uploads, and maintaining vehicle records to support efficient site operations.

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving license, prior admin experience, and strong Excel skills. The role operates on rotating shifts and offers a busy, hands-on environment within the automotive sector.

• Previous administrative experience (essential).

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel (essential).

Responsibilities

• Perform general yard office duties, including data entry and paperwork management.
• Upload files to internal systems and respond to telephone and email inquiries.
• Create and maintain records of incoming vehicles and coordinate with the site regarding any rejections.
• Manage the movement schedule and vehicle tracking.
• Handle customer returns for repairs, ensuring a quick turnaround.
• Undertake various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
