Job summary

Sytner Group are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the accounts department, handling sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required, with flexible patterns between Mondays and Fridays and occasional weekend work to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting routines including stock checks and month-end reconciliations.
• Knowledge of CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to meet deadlines while working independently or in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the accounts department from sales and purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the dealership accountant and management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
• Work a variety of patterns between Mondays to Fridays, with potential weekends to maintain service levels.
