Job summary

Sytner BMW Nottingham is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support the accounts department, handling sales and purchases ledgers, daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will assist the Dealership Accountant and management team with ad-hoc duties as needed.

The role offers flexible patterns between Monday and Friday, with occasional weekend work to maintain service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting routines including stock checks and month-end reconciliations.
• Knowledge of CDK Kerridge Dealer Management system advantageous.
• Well organised, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the accounts dept from sales/purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
