Job summary

Sytner BMW Warwick is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounts activities, from sales and purchase ledgers to cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will assist the Dealership Accountant and Management in ad-hoc duties as required, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends to maintain top service levels.

Ideal candidates will have experience with accounting routines and a good eye for detail, with knowledge of CDK/Kerridge beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations is preferred.
• Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
• Work flexible patterns between Mondays and Fridays, with possible weekend work to ensure service levels.
