Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol invites applications for an Accounts Assistant to support the accounts team with sales and purchase ledgers, cash postings and bank reconciliations. The role involves working across the department and supporting the Dealership Accountant and management in ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience in accounting routines, familiarity with stock checks, and month-end processes; knowledge of CDK/Kerridge DMS and MS Office is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential.
• Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in ad-hoc duties as required.
