Job summary

Sytner Group’s North Wales Audi dealership is hiring an Accounts Assistant to support the accounts team with day-to-day tasks across sales and purchase ledgers, cash postings, and bank reconciliations. The role involves assisting the Dealership Accountant and Management with ad-hoc duties, in a busy, office-based environment.

The position requires experience with accounting routines, stock checks, and month-end processes, with knowledge of CDK/Kerridge DMS and MS Office being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential.
• Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the accounts department from sales and purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in ad-hoc duties as required.
