Job summary

Sytner BMW Warwick is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, covering sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.

The role offers a variety of patterns between Mondays to Fridays, with occasional weekend work to maintain high levels of service for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations is preferred.
• Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
