Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd. is seeking a technically skilled Service Engineer to join its Northern Ireland Field Service Team.

You will cover areas across the South of Northern Ireland with occasional travel, performing fault finding, servicing and repairs on automated storage/vertical lift systems. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required, along with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical fault finding and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault finding, servicing, maintenance and repairs on vertical lift and carousel systems
• Respond to breakdowns and callouts, ensuring fast and effective resolution
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
