Business Automation Engineer
As part of the Customer Care Service Design team, a Business Automation Engineer is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies and transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions that improve how our teams work.
He/She leverages a combination of workflow automation, data platforms, cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to build reliable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve operational consistency, and enable Customer Care teams to scale efficiently.
Working closely with stakeholders across Customer Care, Product, Engineering, and other business functions, the Business Automation Engineer translates operational challenges into practical automation opportunities and delivers solutions using our supported technology stack, including Make.com, Airtable, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Zendesk, and emerging AI-powered tools.
Their work alternates between supporting the day-to-day stability of our tooling ecosystem and delivering roadmap initiatives that improve operational efficiency, automation maturity, and user experience.

How We Work
At the company, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
