Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers.
• Experience leading teams of 8-10 engineers.
• Hands-on software engineering background.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to scale teams and implement delegation.
• Experience with AI-augmented workflows is a plus.
