Ocado Group seeks an Engineering Team Manager for its Customer Fulfilment Centre in Erith, Kent. You will lead Engineers, Technicians and Trainees, drive workload, assess capabilities and motivate the team daily. You will act as a hands-on engineer when needed, in mechanical or electrical streams to support decision making.

The role supports a 24/7 operation with 12-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends, requiring safety focus and strong leadership in a highly automated environment.

Competenze

• Engineering HNC or degree plus relevant NVQ3
• Experience in an automated FMCG environment
• Experience leading a team of Engineers/Technicians

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Engineers, Technicians and Trainees.
• Allocate workload and manage day-to-day operations.
• Identify development opportunities and coach staff.
