Job summary

Moss is seeking a Product Systems & AI Automation Specialist to turn concepts into working AI agents, automations, and integrations. You will collaborate with the Senior Product Operations Manager to build reliable, scalable tools across central processes.

You will connect data sources, design prompts, validate outputs, and maintain the product team's shared tooling platforms, ensuring robust operations. The role values a builder mindset, curiosity, and a passion for AI, with English fluency

Qualifications

• Experience building automations or integrations with no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON; able to wire systems and debug integrations.
• Integrated an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale, beyond a local prototype.
• Able to move fast with clear direction and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes with reliability and scalability.
• Own the agents you ship: integrate data sources, design prompts, validate outputs, ensure reliability.
• Administer and maintain the product team's shared tooling platforms with documentation.
