Halfords in Andover is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a busy Autocentre team, ensuring outstanding customer journeys and service standards. You will drive performance, coach the team, and manage day-to-day operations to meet KPIs in a busy automotive service environment.

The role offers an uncapped bonus scheme, a base salary up to £41,000 with potential total earnings around £52,000, plus generous benefits and a clear path for progression within the UK’s largest automotive services business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of automotive or similar service teams.
• Track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Compliance with Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Autocentre team to achieve targets and KPI's.
• Ensure high quality customer journeys and service standards.
• Coach and develop staff with in-the-moment training.
• Manage operations to 5-day week, centre closure on Sunday.
