Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is hiring a Service Advisor in Staines, Monday to Friday, with a strong basic salary plus per-service-plan earnings. The role offers 33 days of annual leave and clear opportunities for progression within a busy automotive Aftersales environment.

You will manage bookings, liaise with workshop staff, and communicate with customers throughout the repair journey, ensuring accuracy in estimates, invoices and service plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to discuss vehicle repairs and costs with customers.
• Understanding Aftersales and workshop processes.
• Organized and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle drop-offs
• Liaise closely with the workshop and technicians
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Prepare job cards, estimates and invoices
• Discuss servicing, maintenance and repair requirements with customers
• Recommend additional products and service plans where appropriate
• Ensure customers receive clear, accurate and professional communication
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Help deliver a consistently high level of customer service
