Stoneacre is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver premium customer care, liaise between customers and workshops, and manage the end-to-end service experience at our dealership. You will identify customer needs, confirm work requirements, and keep clients informed on progress while maintaining accurate records and handling payments.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Minimum 1 year of service advisor experience.
• Willingness to attend manufacturer training and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions for the dealership.
• Identify service needs and agree work with customers, including time frames.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm vehicle completion times and relay updates to customers.
• Carry out visual inspections for any accidental damage and update customers regularly.
• Process payments and issue invoices, handling complaints per policy.
• Ensure vehicle handovers and administration are completed to a high standard.
