Job summary

Lookers Limited is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for the Middlesbrough HUB on-site. You will join the Aftersales Team, booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty coverage and upselling parts.

You will liaise with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage a high-volume daily workload, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a basic salary of £29,000 per year with an OTE up to £35,000, 42 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a busy auto Aftersales environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays on a rota and adapt to peak times.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Inform customers about warranty coverage and upsell parts.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments and manage workload.
• Handle high-volume customer enquiries via phone and online bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems.
• Deliver first-class customer service and professional automotive guidance.
