Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited / Stockport Skoda is recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. You will book MOTs, services and repairs, and advise customers on warranty coverage.

You will liaise with the Aftersales department to organise work, handle a high-volume of calls and bookings, and keep accurate records. The role offers 42-hour weeks with a base salary of £32,000 and an OTE up to £38,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales environments preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.
• Ability to upsell parts/accessories when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing high-volume customer interactions by phone and online.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and bookings in systems.
